The BCA Sales Academy© is designed to be the place where entrepreneurs, business executives, and sales personnel at any level can gain solutions to sales problems that they have encountered but have not been able to solve before! In short, their own particular set of “Unsolvable Sales Problems.” Obviously the range and scope that such issues can cover is very great. They can relate to PR, Marketing, and Sales, or be a management issue for executives. But if it is a sales problem in particular, or a business development issue in general, it has been our experience that a solution can always be found. Indeed, this has been a hallmark of the BCA Management© services provided to our clients.
Sales Academy Agenda
The BCA Sales Academy© is conducted monthly and lasts for 90 minutes. The typical agenda is:
- First Segment – 30 Minutes: Presentation of a single key point from “The 29 Natural Laws of Sales©”, “The 22 Natural “Laws of Sales Management©”, and/or a presentation from a guest speaker covering a key subject directly related to the development of new business
- Second Segment – 60 Minutes: “Unsolvable Sales Problems” Solutions Roundtable. It is at the Roundtable that the attendees problems are originated, fully understood, and tackled until a definitive solution has been found
“Unsolvable Sales Problems”
We look forward to addressing as many problems as we have time for at each and every session. And these issues, of course, will be only those originated by our attendees.
Examples of actual “Unsolvable Sales Problems” that were solved at recent Academy sessions are as follows:
- “My prospects all seem to do a disappearing act after I send them a proposal”
- “There are some business people I meet that just don’t like me”
- “I’m embarrassed when prospects ask questions that I can’t answer”
- “I keep losing deals based on price”
- “We just can’t seem to find good sales people”
- “Our marketing is terrible – we get no good leads”
- “My stats go very low to none at all right after I close some deals”
We can tell you that the above difficulties were all considered “unsolvable” by the individuals that brought them to the table. Nevertheless, a solution was found for each and every one.

Sales Academy Background and Benefits
The idea that lead to the formation of the BCA Sales Academy© originated from various BCA Management© Seminars and Business Development Workshops. At many of these activities time was set aside to allow the clients and their teams to originate whatever problems they had been running into which had never been effectively dealt with and which, to them, seemed to defy any solution whatsoever. It then became our job and challenge to come up with the right answer – one that would cure the problem or fully handle the difficulty.
When guests, or clients, attend the Academy we completely expect that they will obtain a solution to whatever “Unsolvable Sales Problem” they came to address. And that is the singular purpose for which the Academy was created.
